2. Counter Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, and email address
- Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the complainant
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a court action against you.
3. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, SmartTechMukesh.com reserves the right to terminate users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

- Do not make false claims. Filing a fraudulent DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal consequences under federal law.
